YTCARGO acts as an intermediary between customers and carriers. While we take all reasonable care in handling and forwarding cargo, we are not liable for loss, delay, or damage caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or strikes).

Customers are encouraged to purchase adequate cargo insurance coverage before shipment.

6. Customs and Documentation

Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping documents, invoices, and declarations. YTCARGO will not be held responsible for fines, delays, or penalties resulting from incorrect or incomplete documentation.
